Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of nzkoruplay.com (the “Service”) operated by NZ Koru Play Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1) Social casino only; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino entertainment platform. No real-money gambling. No games provide winnings or prizes of real-world value. Virtual coins/credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or items of monetary value, and cannot be transferred outside the Service except as expressly allowed by us.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws where you access the Service.

3) Accounts & security

  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4) Virtual currency and items

We may offer virtual currency (e.g., “Coins,” “Credits”) and virtual items for gameplay. These are licensed, not sold, and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed. We may set limits on balances, earning, or use. Lost virtual currency due to unauthorized access may not be recoverable.

5) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

If available, purchases provide virtual currency/items for entertainment only and do not increase chances of receiving real-world value. All sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law. Prices and availability may change. You are responsible for taxes and any platform/store fees.

6) Prohibited conduct

  • Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
  • Harassment, hate, unlawful content, or violating others’ rights.
  • Buying/selling accounts or virtual currency outside the Service.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8) Copyright complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright under the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ), send a notice to contact@nzkoruplay.com including: your contact details, identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and your signature. 9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or NZ$100 if none was paid).

11) Dispute resolution; governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986. You agree to first contact us to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may bring the matter before the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the courts of New Zealand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

12) Changes; termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept changes. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.
